Smarter Surfaces offers three different payment options to best suit your needs. When placing an order online, you can choose to pay via Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or our Pay Later option for orders over S$2,000 ( subject to approval).

If you choose to pay via credit card or PayPal, your order will be processed immediately.

If you choose the bank transfer option, you’ll be sent our bank details and your order will be put on hold until the payment has been confirmed by our bank. Once we receive our bank confirmation (which can take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank and on where you are based), your order will be processed, and you’ll be sent your invoice.

We offer a 30-days credit payment option for orders over S$2,000. If you choose this option, we’ll review your request and once it’s approved you will be sent an email with the order confirmation and your invoice to be paid in 30 days. In the case that we need further information, our support team will get in touch with you.

If you wish to remove or repaint over one of our paints, simply sand down the area, apply Smart White Primer or a good quality water-based white primer, and paint as normal with standard paint.

All our wallpapers can be removed like any other commercial wallpaper.

You can return your unused Smarter Surfaces purchase for any reason – even if you have simply changed your mind. Please click here to read our Returns and Refunds policy.

All of our paints should be stored between 5°C and 25°C in a cool, well-ventilated area away from sources of heat, ignition and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly sealed.

All wallpapers should be stored in a dry environment.

For Projector Paints and Chalkboard Paint only: if opened, properly reseal and store upright to prevent spillage.
