Suitable Surfaces

Smart Magnetic Wallpapers are designed to be applied to any reasonably smooth surface. They can also be applied to curved surfaces. Ensure any loose material from previous coatings or wallpaper have been removed.
Absorbent surfaces should be treated with Smart White Primer before application.

For our Magnetic Wallpapers you must use a vinyl on vinyl adhesive. Use a roller to apply the adhesive to the wall. Apply two good coats. Additional adhesive may be required at the edges.

Smart Magnetic Wallpapers can be hung horizontally or vertically, depending on your preference.

When applying any of smarter surfaces magnetic vinyl wallpapers, butt the joints, or overlap and double cut through both layers with a sharp blade.

• If an area of the joint requires additional attention, add extra adhesive and continue to work together
• If the seam is not flat, gently lift the edge of one section of the wallpaper off the wall and guide the material to slot together and work again with spatula. You may need to add a small amount of extra adhesive

Simply remove like any other commercial wallpaper.

You can apply most commercially available finishes on top, such as normal paints or wallpapers.

• Use a utility knife to slit the bubble keeping slit as small as possible.
• Push down on the bubble to remove the air from the bubble.
• With a syringe or glue applicator, squirt glue into the opening.
• Smooth the deflated bubble with a roller.
• Wipe off excess adhesive with a damp sponge.
